Mediation/FDR Services
We are a boutique practice focused on providing accessible and inclusive family dispute resolution (“FDR”) services.
We offer a range of fixed fee options to suit a variety of needs.
All our fees include associated communications and correspondence.
Where appropriate, Section 60I Certificates are provided free of charge.
All fees stated include GST.
Confidential FDR - Part 1
Mediator Fee: $440 per party
The start of the FDR process which includes:
A private Zoom conference with the FDRP (approximately one hour);
Safety screening and assessment;
A suitability assessment to determine whether it is suitable to proceed to Part 2;
If commenced by one party, inviting the other party to FDR.
The issuing of a Section 60I Certificate (if appropriate).
Confidential FDR - Part 2 (Full Day)
Mediator Fee: $1320 per party (total of $2640)
A full day conference of up to 6 hours
Recommended for disputes that:
Are complex
Deal with multiple issues
Involve both parenting and property matters
Usually conducted online via Zoom
May be conducted in person (at the discretion of the FDRP)
Confidential FDR - Part 2 (Half Day)
Mediator Fee: $770 per party (total of $1540)
A half day conference of up to 3.5 hours
Recommended for parenting OR property disputes
Conducted online via Zoom
Additional Fees & Costs
Additional time spent by Mediator (by agreement):
$220 per hour per party ($440 total per hour)
Room hire fees may apply for in person conferences.
Interpreter fees will apply to all parties requiring an interpreter.
